HELIUS, INC. - a Hughes Company - providing solutions for corporate communications, training and learning, and digital signage. While with Helius, Inc. I developed a complete documentation program from scratch. From inception to managing translation and delivering client and partner end user documentation, I gained skill with the products, documented the technology and processes, developed training and sales toolkits and much more. Here is a sample installation guide developed for one of our clients as a value added service to our customer.
Installation guide for JCPenney for Helius products - printed on 12" x 18" heavy weight paper, double sided, full color. I took 9 pages of scribbled information and created the back side illustration and set of steps from those 9 pages of scribbles.
